1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HOA Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use this system.
2. Use of the Platform
HOA Hub is intended solely for registered homeowners and authorized personnel of the Homeowners Association. Unauthorized access or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
4. Payment Submissions
Payment records submitted through HOA Hub must be accurate and truthful. Submitting falsified payment information is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
5. Privacy
Personal information collected by HOA Hub is used solely for the management and administration of the Homeowners Association.
6. Announcements & Communications
The association may use HOA Hub to send official announcements, dues notices, and other communications.
7. Modification of Terms
The Homeowners Association reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8. Termination
The association reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these terms.
